Louisiana’s Unemployment Rate Lowest In Over Two Years

Louisiana's unemployment rate continues to pace well below the national rate. The state's Workforce Commission says its now at 6.9%. That's the lowest its been in over two years. The national rate is 9.1%. According  to  the LWC,  there are 47,000 more private sector jobs in the state than a year ago.
