LSU Announces Make-up Class Days Due to Winter Storm 2021
Winter Storm 2021 caused many cancelations last week, including classes at LSU.
In a letter to parents, LSU announced the make-up days to ensure the Spring Semester met the required minimum number of class days needed.
- Saturday, March 6, will be the make-up day for Monday, Feb. 15.
- Friday, March 12, will be the make-up day for Friday, Feb. 19.
- Thursday, March 25, will be the make-up day for Thursday, Feb. 18.
- Saturday, April 10, will be the make-up day for Wednesday, Feb. 17.
Fortunately, Tuesday, Feb. 16, does not need to be made up because it was the Mardi Gras holiday.
The decision on whether these make-up classes will be held virtually or in-person will be made by the teacher/professor who teaches it.
