Mariah Carey’s Ex Husband Offers Advice

In the wake of Mariah Carey's New Year's Eve fiasco, her ex-husband Tommy Mottola says she needs to surround herself with more professional people.

The diva blasted Dick Clark Productions for her disastrous performance on New Year's eve. She went to far as to claim it was deliberately sabotaged. I don't buy it.

Mottola is the former head of Sony Music. He and Carey married in 1993, and divorced in 1998. A report from pagesix.com quotes Mottola as saying the singer needs to find better people to manage her career.

Mariah's manager, Stella Bulochnikov, blasted Mottola, calling him a "relic."
