Michelle Obama Fundraising In New Orleans Today

The First Lady is in Louisiana today. Michelle Obama is in New Orleans for a fundraising luncheon on behalf of her husband's 2012 re-election campaign.

With the President not doing well in the Pelican state in 2008 and continuing to poll very poorly in the state, Political analyst Bernie Pinsonat says it's unlikely we'll se much of the Obama Campaign in Louisiana next year.  Actor Wendell Pierce, star of HBO's Treme is hosting the $5,000-dollar-a-plate event at the private home of Jill and Avie Glazer. Jill Glazer is on the Board of Tulane University, and Avie Glazer is a part-owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
