Moon Griffon Says John Georges Setting up For Governor’s Run

On the Moon Griffon Show, he made an early prediction for the Governor's Race in 2023 - that John Georges is setting up to make another run at the Governor's Mansion.

Georges, Owner and Chief Executive Officer of The Advocate, ran for Governor as an Independent in 2007. He finished 3rd behind eventual winner Republican Bobby Jindal and Democrat Walter Boasso. He did well in the New Orleans area and , in 2010, ran for Mayor of New Orleans as a Democrat. But he finished 3rd in that race as well.

Moon says Georges, who is now a Republican, is using the Advocate to knock down other GOP lawmakers, including possible Governor's candidate and current Attorney General Jeff Landry and U.S. Senator John Kennedy.
