Morgan City Braces For Flood Thursday Or Friday, Crest Lowered

Morgan City may not get flood conditions until Thursday or Friday thanks to a north wind.  However, officials there tell KPEL news a south wind is expected to change that slow down.  The predicted crest is expected to drop anywhere from ten to eleven feet.  That's one to two feet lower than first predicted.
