WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama will call on Congress today to close tax loopholes and use the money on infrastructure projects.

He'll issue his appeal at Washington's Key Bridge, named after Francis Scott Key, the man who wrote the "Star-Spangled Banner."

The bridge is getting repairs from the Highway Trust Fund, which expires at the end of the summer if Congress doesn't act.
