With Festival International going on this weekend as well as a big Boxing event at the Cajundome, Louisiana Athletics has announced parking adjustments for the baseball series with Texas State and the softball series with Coastal Carolina for Senior Weekend.

BASEBALL PARKING--For the three game series against Texas State, fans should enter through either Gate 2 or Gate 3.  From there, fans will be directed to the General Admission lot.  RCAF Lots have also been slightly adjusted.  But if the General Admission lot is full, fans will be allowed to park in the adjacent area which is marked Festival Parking on the above map.  John Dugas, Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management said "no one wishing to park to attend the baseball game will be turned away because the General Admission lot fills up.  We will park them in the adjacent lot and they will not be charged."

SOFTBALL PARKING--For this weekend's series with Coastal Carolina, reserved parking at Lamson Park has not been affected.  However, general parking for this weekend will move to Fraternity Row on Glenn Abel Drive off Reinhardt Drive/Souvenir Gate.  Overflow parking will be on the intramural fields on Coliseum Road.  A shuttle service will take fans from that parking area to Lamson Park beginning two hours before game time and continuing until all fans have been accommodated after the contests.

FESTIVAL/BOXING PARKING--The east side of Cajun Field and the north end zone will be site for Festival Parking.  Overflow parking for the Festival, if applicable, will then go to the Northwest parking lot nearest the baseball parking area.  There is a $10 charge to park for those events, and credit and debit cards are the only method of payment accepted.

"We appreciate the understanding of our fans for this particular weekend.  We will do out best to keep any inconvenience to a minimum," Dugas said.
