People To Be Screened For COVID-19 At LA Capitol Starting Monday
Starting Monday, lawmakers, staff, and visitors will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 before being allowed to enter the Louisiana Capitol.
This, as lawmakers return to work.
That's according to reports from the Daily Advertiser.
Some politicians say there will be a limit on the number of people who aren't legislators allowed into committee rooms or the Senate and House Chambers.
There will be personnel stationed at all entrances to ask screening questions and initiate temperature checks.
Anyone with a temperature over 100.4°F won't be allowed into the building.
Those who pass the screenings will be given a sticker to wear to show they were screened.
