Every Sunday I go grocery shop. Every single time I go grocery shopping I am reminded how much I hate seeing people leave their grocery carts wherever they please. As I was walking up today I saw an older man putting his grocery’s away and I asked him if he wouldn’t mind me taking his cart since he was done with his. While we were walking in with the older man's cart my boyfriend was commenting on how much better it would be if we all put our shopping carts right where they needed to be. When did it become a thing to leave our carts wherever we pleased? Have you ever had your car scraped or hit by a shopping cart? It’s one of the most infuriating things ever. What if we all made the pact to put our shopping carts in the cart holder areas? I don’t even know what those are called. Imagine driving up to a grocery store parking lot and not having to drive up onto a bunch of carts blocking a space. It sounds marvelous, doesn’t it? Please. Let’s be that guy that puts the cart back where they belong. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
