Retirement System Group Calls Jindal Pension Reform Plan Unconstitutional

Governor Bobby Jindal finding more opponents to his pension reform plan, this time from the group that oversees the State Employees Retirement System.

Board members voted Friday to oppose the plan, saying the reforms would violate constitutional guarantees and existing employment contracts.

The governor's office says the plan is constitutional and legal.
