Road Closure Happening Near East Iberville High School

A section of LA 74 in Iberville Parish near East Iberville High School will be closed on Friday (August 3) as workers install a cross drain culvert under LA 74 to improve the drainage in the area.

The work will happen from 8 AM to 3 PM, about 0.4 miles east of LA 30 at the intersection of Wintz Street and LA 74. No traffic will be allowed to pass during working hours.

This area is not far off of Interstate 10 after Tanger Outlets Gonzalez.

Alternate routes that will be available:  Legion Road, which runs parallel to LA 74 from LA 30 to 1 mile east of LA 30.
