Scott Police Say Man Drove Into Ditch

Early Saturday morning Scott Police officers say they saw a truck leave the parking lot of Cowboys Night Club and drive across Ambassador Caffery into a ditch.

Scott Police say James Deshotel II was given a standardized field sobriety test and submitted a to a breathalyzer test.  They say he blew a .216.

He was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on an OWI charge.
