One of the people who pleaded guilty in the bribery scandal involving the 15th Judicial District Attorney's Office has had their sentencing date moved to December.

U.S. District Court Judge Elizabeth Foote reset Elaine Crump's sentencing for December 12th.

Crump was a case worker at Acadiana Outreach Center.  She pleaded guilty to one count of misprision of a felony for failing to report the bribery scheme going on in the DA's office.

Crump, along with four other people in the case who also pleaded guilty, will be sentenced on December 12th.

Attorneys for the five, who all face various charges, asked to have the sentencing delayed until after the trial of the main target of the federal investigation, Lafayette private investigator Robert Williamson.
