Shell To Donate Towards Louisiana Coastal Restoration

Oil giant Shell will donate a million dollars to help fund coastal restoration efforts in southeast Louisiana. The Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program will use the money to rebuild a patch of sand in Barataria Bay used by pelicans and other seashore birds. The five-acre site used to measure 200-acres.
