State Lawmakers Begin Cenus Redisticting Process

The president of the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana is calling for "openness, integrity and fairness"

when state lawmakers begin the post-2010 census redistricting process this Spring.  Robert Travis Scott says the best interests of the voters and their communities should be top priorities, not protection of incumbent and partisan influence.
