Student To Run Against Jindal

The man behind a failed attempt to gather enough voter signatures to recall Governor Bobby Jindal  says he'll run against the Governor this fall instead. Ron Caesar is a 58-year-old PhD student at Southern University.  He  plans to run against Jindal as an Independent, in the October election.  Caesar's recall petition gathered only a few dozen votes. He needed more than 900,000 to get a recall election scheduled.
