Supreme Court Hears Abortion Clinic Protest-Free Zone Case

BOSTON (AP) — Oral arguments are set this week at the Supreme Court in a challenge of a Massachusetts law that regulates where anti-abortion protesters can gather and approach patients near clinics.

Opponents argue it's an unconstitutional infringement on free speech.

Supporters say patients should be able to enter without being impeded or harassed.
