Fontenot was an 18-year-old freshman accounting major at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette when he allegedly shot and killed 15-year-old Austin Rivault on Feb. 10, 2013.
Seth Fontenot is charged with one count of first degree murder and two counts of attempted first degree murder in the death of Austin Rivault and the shooting injuries of two other 15-year-old boys.
