Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off

A dish featuring salt water catfish and Gulf shrimp earns an Alabama chef the title of King of American Seafood. He has a restaurant in Orange Beach.

The number of Acadiana area chefs who are included in this year's Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off is rather "small" compared to previous years when the event was hosted in Lafayette.

Lake Charles will host the Cook-Off for the first time.

This was the first year the annual event was virtual, due to COVID 19 restrictions

The 13th annual event will feature the "Best of the Best" to represent our state.

The Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off was started by the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board.

The 10th annual Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off gets underway today at the CajunDome.
