Republican Senator David Vitter believes his constitutional amendment, that would place term limits on members of Congress, has a chance to come up for a vote this year thanks to the Tea Party movement. Vitter says there hasn't been much support for term limits in Washington, but that's changing thanks to newly elected Tea Party members. Vitter helped pass term limits for Louisiana's legislature. The senator understands he faces stiff opposition from long-standing members of Congress. Tea Party star and Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is co-sponsoring Vitter's constitutional amendment. Vitter says they'll push for a debate and vote this year.
