A Senate committee has advanced a resolution that would allow a monument of the Ten Commandments at the State Capitol.  A pastor who addressed the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee says lawmakers should support the idea since they open daily legislative session with prayer.  Supporters says the laws of our country are bases on the commandments and should be displayed, while some say the Capitol is not the right place for such a display.  The resolution passed and heads now for the Senate floor.
