Child Pornography Arrest Puts Jennings Man Behind Bars

28-year-old Seth Bivens was arrested Wednesday for allegedly possessing child pornography.

Louisiana State Police say Bivens was arrested at his home after investigators say they found the illegal images on his computer. The warrant was the result of an Operation Child Watch investigation initiated by State Police detectives involving child pornography being downloaded by Bivens.

Biven is being held in the Jefferson Davis Parish Jail without bond. If convicted, Bivens faces up to a $50,000 fine and from five to twenty years in prison without the possibility of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
