Acadiana Off-Road Expo This Weekend
The Acadiana Off-Road Life Expo is coming to Blackham Coliseum this Saturday.
Acadiana Off-Road Life is an all encompassing off-road and outdoor expo and show, bringing together enthusiasts from all over Acadiana. There will be exhibits for vehicles ranging from Jeeps (my favorite) and other 4x4s to trucks, SUVs, ATV, etc.
Gates will open and 9am ($7 admission, kids 10 and under free), and the event will feature food, music, bounce houses and an Off-Road Vehicle Competition, with the vehicles being judged in the following categories:
- Engine
- Suspension
- AxlesTires & Rims
- Recovery Gear
- LightsInterior
- Body and ArmorSafety (Roll Cage, Harnesses, Seats, other accessories)
- Sound System
There will also be a prize for "People's Choice".
