Bridge Implosion FAIL Leaves The Span Still Standing [VIDEO]

A disappointed crowd of all lookers in Arkansas didn't see the big show they were hoping for. A failed demolition of the famed Broadway Bridge left it still standing after thunderous explosions failed to destroy it.

Onlookers got together to watch the 93-year-old bridge come down. Thousands of people were also watching online and on social media but the controlled demolition just didn't work. Our favorite comment comes from a man who helped build the bridge's relatively new arches back in the 70s.

He says "We built it well. I think they could've left that bridge another 100 years and it would still have been there."

The bridge was finally forced down by crane on Tuesday afternoon.
