Cassius Allen Commits To UL Football

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will be adding a junior college receiver with some size to their future rosters.

Cassius Allen, a receiver from Northeast Oklahoma A&M, recently committed to Louisiana.

A native of Pelham, Georgia, Allen signed with Butler Community College out of high school, before enrolling at NEO A&M in January of 2018, where he redshirted last year.

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound Allen had an outstanding senior season at Pelham High School, catching 61 passes for 769-yards and eight touchdowns, one year after compiling 54 receptions for 808 yards and six touchdowns as a junior.

Allen was also reportedly offered by Toledo and Buffalo.
