CEO OF FIBREBOND SHARES LETTER SENT TO LA DOTD
Amid rumors of Fibrebond moving it's location from Webster Parish to East Texas and taking 750 jobs with it, due to having to take an alternate route to Texas (Shown above) because the load limit on the bridges in the area. Robert and Erin reached out to the two people who could best answer all the nagging questions.
Graham Walker, CEO of Fibrebond spoke to KEEL expressing his concern over the load limits on the bridges surrounding the company. He said during his interview that he doesn't want to move locations, but the DOTD is taking it's time addressing the issue. Even though the letter from which the above maps showing the over 200 mile long alternate route came from was sent back in February.
Robert and Erin also had Dr. Shawn Wilson appointed secretary of the DOTD on the program. When asked about the letter, Dr. Wilson claimed that letters like that don't go directly to him all the time. And added, that he didn't hear about this problem until 1 1/2 weeks ago.
