Chill-House in Maurice is Now Open and Serving Cold Treats

I am so excited about this new place in Maurice called Chill-House. It’s a frozen yogurt shop but with a twist. Developing Lafayette recently went in for a visit and tried some of the things on the menu and they have nothing but great things to say about it. With 15 different frozen yogurt options and flavors like “Sea Salted Caramel Pretzel” and “Pralines n Cream”, how can you go wrong? According to Developing Lafayette, they also have 35 different toppings (with more to come) for you to choose from.  You can choose a cup or a cone to fill with their yogurt, which is described as having a unique taste due to the cream they use.

Then there is a “Snow Storm.” Chill-House’s specialty drinks are called “Snow Storms” and they’re made with secret ingredients that make these things amazing.  The Developing Lafayette crew describes these as being similar to a coke float but with the consistency of an iced coffee. Can you say YUM? These come in many flavors other than coke. Some include “Red Brick” which is described as a mix of Dr. Pepper and Almond. “Chill -Slice” is similar to a Fanta and vanilla float.

Chill-House has special offers like “Taco Tuesday” and “Waffle Bowl Wednesday”, plus they offer a loyalty program. It’s a great place to hang out with family or friends and enjoy live music. They encourage you to pull a game off their game shelf and play the game while enjoying your delicious treat. They also have an awesome and very roomy patio for you to hang out.
