College Baseball Is Underway

The college baseball season gets underway later this week. The LSU Tigers open the year with a three-game series against Wake Forest. The Bayou Bengals have a different look this year, as there are several new faces on the team, especially within the pitching staff. But Mark Etheridge of sebaseball.com still expects a good year from the Tigers. Etheridge says the S-E-C West is wide open this season, but Auburn goes in as the favorite. Etheridge says how LSU pitches on the mound will go a long way to determining the success of this season.
