Congressman Charles Boustany joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today by phone from Washington and reaffirmed his attempt to uncover wrongdoing in the IRS.

According to Congressman Boustany hearings continue,

Today I'm meeting with the new acting commissioner of the IRS.  That meeting will be this afternoon.  This morning we have a hearing with people that were abused by the IRS.  The meeting with the new acting commissioner of the IRS will be interesting because we're going to press him on exactly is he doing.  We're going to press him on requests for documents we have not received.

Further Boustany said of the new acting commissioner of the IRS,

He has said publicly he's coming clean.  And the way to restore public trust in this entity is for all the facts to be placed on the table and we're going to press him to do that.

Congressman Boustany said questioning would continue until all the facts are known.

I have to think that some of these lower level employees are probably getting a little fed up with the leadership or previous leadership of the IRS and the way they've been thrown under the bus.  We're going to get to the bottom of this and we're not going to stop until we do.

Congressman Boustany went on to discuss wasteful spending by the IRS and specific targeting of conservative groups and you can hear the entire discussion by listening to the interview:
