Corp Not Expected To Open “30” Bays As First Planned

KPEL News has learned the Army Corp of Engineers is reporting the Red River Landing is cresting today.  Today's crest means less water coming through the Morganza spillway.  In addition, KPEL news has learned the corp is not expected to open the thirty bays as first predicted.
