Domestic Call Turns In To Drug Bust In Rapides
ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) — It started out as a domestic disturbance call and turned into a drug bust.
Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office deputies responding to a report of a domestic battery discovered a methamphetamine lab at a Glenmora residence on Tuesday.
The Alexandria Town Talk reports that investigators found a woman with minor injuries when they got to the residence. Then, during the investigation, deputies discovered the components of a meth lab.
Deputies arrested a 33-year-old man, booking him with creation and operation of a clandestine lab and domestic abuse battery.
