Ready to get rid of some old things hanging around your house?  Then Cajun Harley Davidson is where you need to be this Saturday, March 23rd from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as they will be collecting old household electronics at no charge to you for disposal.

Cajun Harley Davidson's H.O.G. Chapter along with RCA and 5R Processors, Ltd. are teaming up to help residents of Scott and surrounding communities properly dispose of unwanted electronics for free.

They will accept most consumer electronics and home office equipment like:

  • Computers
  • Monitors
  • Laptops
  • Printers
  • Cell phones
  • Stereo equipment
  • Microwaves

There are man items they will not be accepting including:

  • Appliances or items with Freon
  • Broken Glass on Monitors and TV's
  • Bare CRT Tubes
  • Wood Counsel TV's
  • Projection TV's

If you want to have your computers cleaned of data they will do data destruction wipes for a charge of $10.

The event is free and open to the public. 5R will accept residential and small business equipment only.

The event will be at Cajun Harley Davidson, 724 I-10 Frontage Avenue, this Saturday, March 23rd from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
