Drivers traveling eastbound on I-10 near mile marker 81 in Crowley, Louisiana, experienced delays following a single-vehicle accident today.

According to the Crowley Police Department, the crash occurred when an 18-wheeler lost pieces of lumber from its load, creating a dangerous situation for vehicles traveling behind it.

Authorities reported that the driver involved in the accident swerved to avoid the fallen boards but lost control of his vehicle in the process. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and the driver was able to walk away unharmed.
