We told you last month about the Fried Chicken Festival expanding to two days. Well, the announcement has been made on who's gonna be frying up the delicious eats, as well as providing entertainment.

With the inaugural festival happening last year in Lafayette Park in New Orleans, the move to Woldenberg Park, and adding a second day, has allowed for quite the expansion.

The festival will happen September 23 and 24.

There will be 28 food vendors from New Orleans, and six from outside of the area.

The music lineup that Cleveland Spears III, festival organizer and president/CEO of the Spears Group is certain that the entertainment lineup will appeal to everyone from "millennials to Baby Boomers," with artists such as Big Sam's Funky Nation to Big Freedia.
