Attending concerts has long been one of my favorite forms of entertainment. Recent research indicates it may help you live longer. A report from nme.com indicates attending 2 concerts a month can increase life expectancy by as much as 9 years. 20 minutes at a concert results in as much as a 21% increase in one's sense of well being. The report says concert attendees experience a 25% increase in closeness to others, and sense of self-worth. Mental stimulation increased by as much as 75%. The researchers at O2, and Goldsmith University conclude the resulting sense of well-being can actually help you live longer. Works for me!
