Gov. Bobby Jindal Declares State Of Emergency

Governor Bobby Jindal has declared a state of Emergency because of the winter storm conditions expected today across the state. Mark Cooper is the Executive Director of the Governor's Office for Homeland Security and Preparedness. He says the governor issued the order because of the wintry precipitation that's expected across the state.
