Heartwarming Video Of Military Father Surprising Daughter At Her School

These videos, for me, never get old.

This time, the use of technology as a distraction allows an Army dad to surprise his daughter at her own school.

What's really cool about this one is how involved the classmates become in the whole thing - it appears that they are very happy for their friend!

We frequently mention the sacrifices our service members make as they go about their job of protecting our country; we don't think nearly enough about the sacrifices of their family members: mothers raising children and keeping up a house, parents and siblings at family reunions without them, birthdays, school field trips, take-your-kid-to-work days - the list goes on and on.

Remember to thank not only our service members for their sacrifices, but thank their families, as well. They say that the toughest job in the military is that of a military spouse.
