Highway Patrolman Explains Something That 99% Of Interstate Drivers Need To Hear [Video]
Driving around Louisiana, and other places I've noticed that a LOT of people need refreshers in how to act on the road.
I won't even exclude myself in some needing of refreshing. I took a "practice" test, and honestly, didn't quite pass. I was shocked. I think of myself as a good driver. But I guess most people do.
I wouldn't be opposed to having to retake the test every 10 years or so.
What the officer says here I've seen happen almost every time I've gotten on the interstate in the past 5 years at least.
You have to ACCELERATE when getting on the interstate. That's what the acceleration lane is for! To get up to speed with the rest of traffic so as not to cause issues.
