How to Get Tickets to President Trump’s Visit to Louisiana
President Donald Trump is headed to Louisiana on Friday night to campaign for the two major Republican candidates for Governor.
In a Tweet, the President says his rally is aimed at keeping current Governor John Bel Edwards, the Deep South’s only Democratic governor, below 50 percent in Saturday’s election and “force a runoff.
Donald Trump Jr. is in Lafayette today. Vice President Mike Pence visited Louisiana on Friday to rally support for both Republicans, Congressman Ralph Abraham and Baton Rouge businessman Eddie Rispone.
Trump’s rally is set to take place at 7 p.m. Friday at the James E. Sudduth Coliseum in Lake Charles.
