Twin Brothers’ Families Grow in the Most Incredible Way
(99.9 KTDY) - Identical twin brothers have tons of similarities that are adorable, and with the birth of their children, those similarities continue. In explaining their lives, they have adorable and meaningful things to share as twins.
Let's start with their names, Auston and Ashton. Both names begin with the letter A, and both are six letters long.

Both Auston and Ashton share another fun "twin" thing. They both married wives with the same first name, "Courtney".
These two brothers grew up in the same town as their respective Courtneys, and they have known each other for years!
Auston and Courtney, along with Ashton and Courtney, live on the same street in Livingston Parish, and that's not all. They are next-door neighbors!
Imagine you are the parents of Auston and Ashton, and you find out both of your daughters-in-law will be giving birth around the same time. What a joyful thing to happen to any grandparents, and then to have their wives give birth on the same day is incredible!

In one way, they differ in that Auston and Courtney's baby's due date was Monday, March 2, while Ashton and Courtney's soon-to-be-born baby was scheduled for a few weeks after.
Another difference was in their babies' birth weights: one child, Tate, weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces, while little Briggs weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces. Both twins became fathers for the first time on Monday, March 2, and each welcomed a boy.
WAFB's Perry Robinson asked the obvious question,
So, the question people are going to ask is, did y’all plan this?
Auston's response,
Absolutely not! We try to do things as different as possible. So, it was kind of crazy.
And what do the Courtneys think of this whole situation? Ashton's Courtney says about her sister-in-law and friend,
Just knowing each other and growing up, it makes it even more special. We’ve known each other forever, and now we’re married to twins and got to go through this whole pregnancy journey together. I’m just blessed to have her.
The twins were born at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge.
Now, let's me honest.........I'm not crying......You're crying!!!
Best of luck to the two happy families, and hopefully, the future holds wonderful similarities for little Tate and Briggs!
