Lafayette Fire Truck Takes Out Utility Pole In Crash

At approximately 7:00 o'clock this morning a fire truck responding to a fire on Morning Glory Square in the Meadows was involved in a crash. The firetruck left the road at the Moss Street - Sydney Martin Road intersection and struck a utility pole. Two firefighters had minor injuries. The accident is being investigated by the Lafayette Police Department.
