Lafayette Prostitution Operation Nets Several Arrests

During the past week Lafayette Police conducted a prostitution operation targeting areas in and around University and Cameron Streets, North University and I-10 and Frontage Road at Martin Luther King Drive. Seven arrests were made including one woman who was arrested twice during the sting operation. Those arrested include:

• 45 year old Becky Trahan, solicitation of prostitution
• 64 year old Maxine Stelly, solicitation of prostitution
• 27 year old Williams Jenkins, solicitation of prostitution
• 59 year old Michael Hargrader, solicitation of prostitution
• 45 year old Becky Trahan, solicitation of prostitution (two arrests)
• 58 year old Randolph Ledet, solicitation of prostitution
• 32 year old Hope Stelly, solicitation of prostitution
