Legal Lis Tackles New Jersey Immunization Statute

A four-year old New Jersey boy is not being allowed into school because his parents refuse to subject him to the flu vaccine which he is allergic to.  Today on 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie', Fox News Legal Analyst "Legal Lis" Wiehl said the state technically has the law on their side.  She went on to say,

The parents have secured a note from their pediatrician stating that the boy is allergic to eggs and since the flu vaccine is formulated from eggs he should be exempted from receiving the vaccine.  The state has the law on it's side but there is an exemption for religious or medical reasons.
