This Sunday is when Daylight Saving Time begins. So on Sunday, March 8 at 2:00 am, you will need to set your clocks forward to 3:00 am at that time.

If one Louisiana lawmaker has her way, we will leave our clocks permanently "forward."

Louisiana state representative Dodie Horton filed a bill to end the semi-annual time change in the state.

Horton says the bill will only go into effect if the federal law changes to allow it.

At any rate, Horton's bill will be heard during the upcoming Louisiana Legislative Session which begins this Monday, March 9.

Personally, I like this proposal. But won't we be permanently ahead one hour for the rest of our lives?
