Louisiana Seafood To Be On Display

Prominent chefs from around the nation will gather tonight for an event that has been dubbed "America's Night Out for Gulf Seafood." Louisiana has seen a dramatic decline in Seafood sales since the BP oil Spill. Louisiana Promotion Director Ewell Smith says that  tonight's  event  is  the  start  of a nationwide Louisiana Seafood marketing campaign. Smith says 287 chefs from around the nation will be participating in tonight's event and a list of participating restaurants can be found at their website: dineamerica2010.com.
