LSU was informed on Monday that they will be fined after fans littered the field with debris during the game with Alabama.

Fans were not happy with a touchdown call, that favored Alabama, during the game, and some fans, mostly students, littered the field with trash.

Members of the field crew rushed into the endzone, closest to the student section at Tiger Stadium, to pick up the debris thrown on the field. The game had to be paused while crew members removed the debris from the playing field.

To make matters worse, LSU was blown out by Alabama last Saturday night, 42-13. This isn't the first time LSU was fined this year but the NCAA, the program was also fined after fans rushed the field when LSU defeated Ole Miss earlier in the season. Ther amount of that fine was also $250,000, which went to Ole Miss.

Here's a look at when debris had to be removed from the endzone after the controversial call last Saturday night.

While this was happening on national television, Kirk Herbstreit of ESPN called out fans across the country who are engaging in this type of behavior at games. And yes, this has been happening in several stadiums across the country this football season.
