LSU Offers STM’s Walker Howard

LSU has extended a scholarship offer to a local prep product, who has been getting quite a bit of attention lately.

The Tigers issued a scholarship offer to St. Thomas More quarterback Walker Howard on Thursday.

Despite the fact that he just recently completed his freshman year in high school, Howard has already also reportedly been offered by such schools as Louisiana, Alabama, Texas A&M, Mississippi St., Tulane, and Nebraska.

The son of former STM and LSU quarterback Jamie Howard, the 6-foot-1, 160-pound Howard is scheduled to graduate high school in 2022.
