Lynn Williams To Have Louisiana Athletics Equipment Room Named After Him

The late Lynn Williams, who served as Louisiana Athletics' equipment manager for over 3 decades, will have the Louisiana Athletics Equipment Room officially named after him this Friday.

In an announcement today from the Louisiana Ragin' Cajun Athletic Department, Williams will be honored during a special dedication ceremony this Friday evening, as he'll enshrined inside the equipment room at the Donald & Janice Mosing Student-Athlete Performance Center.

For 33 years, Williams served as the equipment manager for UL, but did so much more.

After his passing in March, thousands of current and former Ragin' Cajun athletes, coaches, students, and equipment personnel shared stories of Williams' wisdom, kindness, dedication and undeniable impact he had on each of their lives.
