Man Buys Bus To Drive Grandchildren To School [Video]

Doug Hayes has 10 grandchildren. Five of them attend a small private school in Oregon. Two more will be school-age next year. The school is just a couple miles from his house, and the kids all live within a 20 minute drive.

Hayes decided he wants to drive them all to school every morning, so he bought a bus. He unveiled it just before Christmas, and the kids were reportedly thrilled. Hayes told CNN, “It’s primarily about getting to spend a few minutes with them every single morning.” The "Grandfather Express" goes into service after Christmas break.
